About Me
For over 25 years, I have worked as a dancer and choreographer in Middle Eastern contemporary movement. My artistic journey has unfolded through performances, creative projects, and collaborations, with a deep commitment to nurturing meaningful relationships and creating safe, empowering spaces for women.
My Path
Alongside my artistic work, I completed a Master’s degree in Philosophy, which led me to explore Nonviolent Communication (NVC), also known as empathic communication. I am now a certification candidate offering services in supporting individuals and groups in developing more conscious, authentic ways of relating.
My Approach
Today, my work integrates two essential dimensions:
the intelligence of the body and the depth of relational awareness.
As a coach and trainer, I support women in:
- professional environments
- personal relationships
- processes of self-discovery and empowerment
My approach is grounded in clarity, self-connection, and mutual understanding.
What is Nonviolent Communication?
Nonviolent Communication (NVC) creates the conditions for genuine human connection. It invites us to express ourselves with honesty while listening with empathy and respect.
More than a communication method, it is a transformative practice—one that nurtures:
- self-awareness
- inner strength
- authentic expression
- meaningful, life-affirming relationships
My Intention
My intention is to empower women to reconnect with their voice, their body, and their relational capacity—so they can engage with the world from a place of authenticity, confidence, and presence.
